Andy Hemming has always been a fanatical sportsman and the path to coaching was always a natural one. Andy played for Oxford United and Wycombe Wanderers up until the age of 16 before focusing his efforts on Cricket and playing for the Oxfordshire Colts. He has also enjoyed success with Shipton-under-wychwood Cricket Club, with whom he played at Lords in the 2003 National Village Knockout Final.
Cricket and Football are also joined by Rubgy in terms of Andy's interest in sport and coaching and has recently completed the RFU Level I course to sit alongside his FA Level I in football and ECB Level II in Cricket. Andy will also be completing his degree in Sports Science at the University of Worcester in the Spring Semester of 2008. Oxfordshire is Andy's home county but he is currently enjoying his Cricket in Worcestershire with Old Elizabethans, enjoying a good season in which they just missed out on the League title. Andy also enjoyed captaining the Worcester University First XI in the annual charity game against the Worcester County Acadamy XI, which they won. | ||
